Membership for a year is $50 for Family (spouse/SO/children) $30 for Single
memberships. Annual dues are to be due in November each year. Every member
should participate on at least one committee. Check the ones you like.
o Advertising-Ad book for show, newspapers, publicity, fund raising, club publicity.
o Activities-cruises, banquets, brunches, picnics, etc.
o Banquet-co-ordinates details as to our annual banquet.
o Car Show-co-ordinates details for the annual car show
o Clothing-Maintains inventory, sells shirts, caps, jackets, etc.
o Constitution-Knowledgeable on our constitution and addresses any problems
associated with the by laws.
o Judging-checks forms for accuracy, insures consistency in judging, assigns
judges, etc.
o New membership
o Phone-Call members to remind them of special situations, as needed.
o Photographer- takes pictures at functions & shows, sends to newsletter
editor, maintains historical file.
o Planning-Plans for the club both long and short term.
o Refreshments-Find volunteers for meetings, picnics, show.
o Records-Keeps and organizes records as to deadlines, taxes, trailer
registration, etc. Also show records for future use.
o Sunshine-Sees to sending cards and flowers to club members
